How to bring up start screen, very new at this, technology challenged

Thank you for subscribing to the tutorials. I am not sure I understand your question. Are you talking about the start screen in your automation? What machine brand do you have?

I can pull up the blue screen on my QM, it shows date etc. How do I get the screen that shows panagraphs, etc? I need to register the QM put my name, etc. how do I get there? I have the Nolting Flair

By default the home screen (green) has Select & Sew, Pantograph and possibly other options depending on the QM tier you own. This screen should open when you double tap on the QM icon on the desktop of your tablet. Yes, once open you will need to register your system with The Grace Co. I can’t seem to get to the green screen, when I turn on QM only screen that comes up is blue.

Monday, call The Grace Co to get support. Something isn't acting correctly. They will take control (with your permissions) to take a look at the program and will figure it out for you.
